Hello, I’m Julia! A registered social worker and MSW graduate who is deeply committed to supporting individuals as they navigate trauma, stress, and life’s most challenging experiences. I provide psychotherapy services for our Canadian Armed Forces and have a passion for working with first responders, recognizing the unique pressures and realities that come with those roles.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. Together, we work at your pace to build insight, process trauma, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful, lasting change.
